About the Chef
Chef Rossi has been in business for over 20 years. His training includes exotic creations from Brazil and he has brought his talents here to share with you! A gourmet from the first, Chef Rossi learned how to use exotic and rare condiments in recipes from all over the world to please his own palate. He uses his skills to tempt his customers and delight the senses.
Salmao du Chef (Chef's Salmon) - Sauteed fresh salmon fillets wtih roasted vegetables and asparagus.
Salmao du Chef 		Linguini ao frutos do mar (Seafood Linguini) - Sauteed assorted seafood marinated on fresh garlic, tropical tomato sauce, herbs, and light spice.
Linguini ao Frutos do mar 		Lasagne de Espinafre - (Spinach Lasagna)- A special lasagna made with sauteed spinach on a creamy white sauce.
Lasagne de Espinafre 		Bife ao Molho Madeira (Beef on Madeira Sauce) - Sauteed top sirloin steak in a light red wine sauce and mushrooms.
